Unfortunately I can't lower the priority, since issue 32605 has the same.

If you install via the old setup the m51 build you have in the bootstraprc the
following entrybuildid=680m51(Build:8801)
If you do it with native installer ("userland" installation) on Win32:
buildid=SRC680(Build:8801)

BUG: AFAIK the crashreporter  also needs this information and also the automated
test environment needs it for validation with CWSes.

I saw it working in m50.

This was problem in the update process. Unfortunately during packaging the
updater were not recognized as updater, because of missing privileges on
ship/install. Therefore the udpater flag was not set in the packaging process. 
Because the updater create installation sets in the flat (without a minor),
there is no buildid set. Therefore I use $lastminor, if the udpater are
recognized as updater. Then everything will work fine. 
Simple repackaging should solve this problem (it occured only on Windows).
