Ahojte,
chcel som si nainstalovat OOo112 build-6 aby som pomahal s testovanim, ale
instalatoru chyba GLIBC_2.3 a tym konci. Este build-2 mi na GLIBC 225 fungoval
bez problemov.
Naozaj je nevyhnutna poziadavka glibc23? Pouzivam Debian Woody a keby som sem
nasilu napchal novy glibc, rozbural by som si zavislosti..
Tiez musim skonstatovat, ze mam problem stiahnut 14 CD Sarge (testing) kde sa
glibc 2.3 vyskytuje. Keby sa mi to vsak aj podarilo, ani na jeden z 3
terminalovych serverov ktore pouzivam by som urcite nedal Testing, tam musi byt
Stable. Tym padom som ale obmedzeny na glibc225 a teda maximalne OOo111.

Nebolo by mozne podrzat glibc225 kym nevyjde Debian Sarge ako stabilna vetva? Je
pravda, ze nie je iste kedy to bude -uz aby to bolo! :o)
Alebo aspon do konca 11x vetvy OOo?

Chcel by som sa tiez podielat na testovani 680, prave ho taham, tak dufam, ze
aspon ten mi pojde na staruckom Woody. Ak nie, tak zial mate o testera menej.

Installing OOo112 biuld-6 SK ended for me since installer claimed he needs GLIBC
2.3. Last time I have installed the build-2 with no problem. I use Debian Woody
that features glibc 2.2.5 and for me it's not possible to replace Debian Stable
on 3 terminal servers by Debian Testing (that features newer glibc 2.3). And
every Debianist know that upgrading system libraries leads to probably broken
dependencies. Anyhow, it isn't desirable for me to risk such things on
production servers.

Isn't it possible to keep glibc 2.2.5 as long as it takes Debian Sarge to become
Stable, thus I could upgrade the server Woody systems? Otherwise I couldn't use
nor help testing any OOo newer than 111.

I also want to help testing the 680, but if it also depends on glibc2.3, I couldn't.

Bohuzel neni mozne pouzivat starsi knihovnu a nejnovejsi prekladac.

Je to o kompromisu a my jsme nasim rozhodnutim prejit na novejsi system omezili
pouze malou cast nasich uzivatelu. Bohuzel jste jednim z nich.

Doporucuji pouzivat starsi verzi.
