If a slide containing with a floating frame  is desired to be duplicated   by 
using  “insert” & “duplicate slides”Buttons , it generates a   slide without 
the floating frame ( generates blank slides). 
The issue can be replicated by using following steps:

1.	Open open office  Presentation part.
2.	Insert a presentation  slide.
3.	Select a text box  in the slide where you want to insert a floating 
        frame.
4.	Now click on “Insert” from the main menu bar.
5.	Select “Floating frame” from the drop down menu.
6.	Floating frame properties dialog box will pop up.
7.	In the “Name”  field, type in a name.
8.	Insert a file containing with  a jpg picture in “Contents” field with 
        proper path  of the file like “ file:///u:/photo1.jpg”
9.	(You can insert a file in the  “Contents” field, selecting             
        the “ _…”  button of the “ floating frame properties”      Dialog box)
10.	Keep other inputs as default.
11.	Click OK button. 
12.	Notice that the picture is inserted in the floating frame.
13.	Save the open office file.
14.	Now Click the “Insert” button from the main menu and click 
        the “Duplicate slide” button twice.
15.	The Number of Slides will go up from one to three slides, but when you 
        click on the second slide and the third slide the frame and the picture 
        is not there.
16.	The Program does not give any error message upon before/after inserting 
        the blank slides.

The bug is fixed i an actual version (641).
