I maxed out the left, right, top and bottom margins to the full width of the paper. And filled it up with a table insert. 8 1/2" by 11".
But I'm getting text cut off. Even at borderless text is still getting cut off.
The preview doesn't show any text being cut off. But when printing on 2 different printers I ended up with the same results.
Setting where change under (Format, Page, Page Tab) Margins are at 0.00" and (Select All, Right click Table, Table Tab and Width at 100%) 

Plus, Writer is adding a blank page when type to the very end of the page.

I am not sure I understand your issue.
You created a Table filling out the full page. Your printer is now cutting of the boarders when Printing, yes?
Maybe the additional page is because your printer does a rearrangement? I am not sure.
Which Printer do you use?

I link the margin issue. Possible we talk about this issue.

I even have text at the very bottom of the page and it didn't print it out.

I knew you're going to say that. Printer is at normal printing settings. I tried this on 2 different printers with same results.

Open same file to another computer with different results.

On the first computer it filled just one page and added a blank page.

On computer 2 it pushed down 2 Tables to the second page and it change settings from showing 1 page to 2 pages side by side.

Using the same file ran different form computer 1 to computer 2.

This picture is from computer 2. Computer 1 shows it a little different.
