rtf file with floating/wrapping pictures and text-box

I have attached an RTF document which imports correctly in MS Word 365, but when imported into Writer, all the images and text boxes are displayed at the top edge of the page.

Is this really for version 4.0.1?

I can confirm it on Ubuntu 16.04 with AOO 4.1.10.
Plus I get a crash when closing (after scrolling the document).

Actually, you are correct. I am using OpenOffice 4.1.10, but the bug reporter only had 4.0.1 as the highest option. The interface where I originally entered it looked different to where you edit the details and add comments.

I have also now updated my hardware details.

Sorry.

Actually, I just double checked the interface and it does list all the version numbers inside a scrollable box, only on macOS the scrollbar is not visible by default so I failed to realise I needed to scroll.

No problem!
It may have been on purpose, when you could confirm this back to version 4.0.1.

Since I have the same observation on Linux and Windows, I set the Hardware now to All.

As a sidenote:
MS WordPad doesn't show any of the graphics. And the document is just a single long page.

What program did you use to export to RTF?

This is how it should look like

I used an online RTF viewer to export the document to PDF.
This way we can see how it should look like when imported in AOO.
