An email to dev@openoffice.apache.org would be the right approach for this particular issue. Have you tried to reset the profile? If this helps please put more research in this, Corrupted Profile is one of the issues which are really annoying. Next to where users manage to destroy their document leaving only '#', which we have issues recreating. Thanks for your work! Should have been more attentive while reading online AOO Help. Resetting profile works superb, no problem with AOO Draw. As to dev@openoffice.apache.org: as a rule I remain very cautious about disturbing those overworked people with trifles or with issues I do not have sound evidence of. "If this helps please put more research in this" - do you mean I should continue my lunatic research on how to crash any AOO component? In gratitude for you advice, in a moment I will report to Bugzilla an issue that might make smile some Basic IDE users. ("Basic IDE - Background Color") |
Created attachment 86891 [details] AOO Draw - after opening via Start Center Recently I have subjected AOO Draw to harsh tests (multiple docking/redocking of Page Pane, Navigator, Color Replacer and Color Bar in various combinations). In tests observed many glitches. Finally AOO crashed. Now when I start AOO and in Start Center choose Draw, AOO Draw displays... image from Start Center - see attached screenshot. Closing Page Pane doesn't solve the problem. I have uninstalled AOO, downloaded installation pack and installed AOO twice but the issue persists. Other AOO components work fine. I don't have the slightest idea how to proceed. Are there some extra configuration files on disk and/or entries in Window Registry to be checked?
