Created attachment 86793 [details] Page 2 contains sample table with issue Referring to page 2 of attached RTF document, there is a table with columns 'Proceedings' and 'Enactments'. When rendered in MS Word, the table is displayed properly as table format while in openoffice 4.1.7, the table is displayed without table format.
