Hello! I was working with a spreadsheet, it suddenly crashed an now I can´t reopen it . The software think that the .xls file is a .doc file and asks to be opened as a document, not a spreadsheet.
How do I solve it please?

Just some advices:
1) this seems be an file association problem and this is to see operating system side
2) your version is obsolete, you must upgrade to our last build
3) remember that xls or doc is not native format for OpenOffice, you must use ODF first
