Not able to use keyboard   I use the surface pro and windows 10

Two questions

 1. Do you mean the software keyboard that is usable in tablet mode, or the snap-on keyboard/cover?

 2. Had this worked before the Windows 10 upgrade, or is this a Microsoft Surface Pro that has only had Windows 10?

Another question.  Are you talking about use of assistive technology and mean something special by "see keyboard?"
