This is not a bug for sure. The bugtracker is not a Support ticket system. Therefore I will close this issue as invalide. Simply a tip. If you have a AntiVirus, turn it off bevor the installation.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
