- File / New / Documents and Templates ...
- select an arbitrary document from the "Templates" category
=> the "Edit" button is disabled

expected result: the "Edit" button is enabled, and pressing it will open the
template for editing.

stumbled upon this during some refactoring work in SFX, where editing templates
is a scenario which I need to test, to ensure I didn't break it. So, fixed the
bug in this CWS.

A couple of years ago this feature broke and after a very lengthy discussion we
ended up deciding that having an edit button with no functionality was the top
one solution (from some unnamed developers point of view). As a consequence we
removed the corresponding autotests.

Before finally closing this issue please reassign it to me, i will try to
reenable the tests, if time permits.
