Dev300m66, engl. with german lang.-pack

Open Calc sheet
write some words into a cell (e.g. "just a few words to show the effect")
mark "effect" by double-klick
move "effect" by drag and drop to the beginning of the sentence

same effect if you move it in input-line

always there in Dev300 m69

I have also tested in OOo 2.4.1, same behavior

Confirmed in AOO 3.4.1 English on Windows 7.  Vertical bars are left behind during the drag & drop operation.  The cell correct refreshes after the mouse is released.
